Terms and Conditions
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Scooters Unlimited within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To easily return an item, email us at service@scooters-unlimited.com with the reason for your return and the order number found on your packing slip. A customer service representative will contact you immediately with directions to process your return.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping Information
Domestic shipping is free on all products from Scooters Unlimited.

International Shipping rates vary. Customer responsible for all international charges and duties. Freight Line Deliveries are delivered curbside unless specified.

As a Pride® provider we will facilitate the delivery and set-up of your purchase, as well as assist you with instructions of your new Pride® product. Scooters Unlimited / Jackson Medical Supply will repair and service all Pride products sold by Scooters Unlimited / Jackson Medical Supply for the life of the product.
